I like the design of the shorts, and the blue ones which I had purchase a while back!! I had went swimming with the blue ones overthe summer!! Most of the City Of Savannah lifeguards wear the red trunks!!!

These are fashionable swim trunks and fit true to the size. GUARD is stitched into the trunks in a circular patch design that will prevent it from fading or disintigrating away. The mesh lining is a traditional 100% white lining and it might be better if it were a 100% cool plus liner made out of nylon or even polyester. However, the price paid for the trunks make it well worth the purchase. Moreover, these lifeguard trunks are offered in red and blue to offer a variety. These trunks make a great lifeguard uniform for any male guard. I hope that newer versions of the TYR Guard shorts all have the 100% cool plus liners because they are much more comfortable.

I like the overall fit and feel. This was the second pair of lifeguard trunks I've purchased in this or a similar style from TYR. The first pair from two summers ago fit perfectly and is still in good shape. This pair is similar. The length was just what I wanted (other brands were too short or too big in the waist). It washes well too. Great product.

Both the boys and girls look professional in appearance, thus generating trust and respect from patrons of the pool. The uniform "demands" respect from patrons.
