Have Just bought my 2nd swim skin since I started swimming in Nov. 2006. I gave it 5 stars because this is perfect for outdoor pool especially during winter time in San Francisco. It really keeps me warm even when swimming at 6:00am in the morning. I also bought a short sleeve swim skin for summer time. Love it, now I swim 3 times a week, one hour each time. I'd say, this is the best thing that I've ever discovered. Try it and you will love it.

After years of thumbing my nose at my husband's suggestion to get a wetsuit to swim in when the water gets cold, I finally decided to look into it after swimming twice a day for the last 6 months and a 16 lb. weight loss; you know, just not ready to hang it up for the season. So found the swim skin, wore it today for the first time and it was great -- I wasn't cold, at all. It will take some getting used to: the little bit of extra added bouyancy and the decrease in flexibility when doing 30 minutes of lap swimming, but if I can swim, as it gets cold here in the Sonoran Desert (didn't think it got cold here in the Phoenix area, did ya?) for as long as I can, I'm one happy swimmer. Maybe I can even lose another 5 lbs. before Christmas!!
