This is an improved version of the Women's 400-Mile™ Bike Short DeSoto introduced in 2006. This 10-panel short now has a back pocket that fits a cell phone, mp3 player, or fuel packets. It is lined inside both front and back for comfort and to eliminate opacity (meaning the possibility of it being see-through). Drawstring elastic waist, Curvilinear™ seam lines, contrast flatstitch, and the 400-Mile™ Pad make it the most comfortable women's short in the world. The pad actually stretches with the short and follows your skin as it moves with every pedal stroke, eliminating the friction that can cause irritation or rashes. One of the great features of this short is what it does not have…no leg gripper, so there is no tight binding and squeezing around the thighs. This makes for a more comfortable and attractive short. The short stays down and in place since it is made of Ribbed™ Lycra® Power™.
