I still haven't quite mastered my breathing, but just having these goggles have helped me make strides. They're nicely air tight, even with my cro magnon brow, making swimming so easy even a caveman could do it. The cups aren't the most comfortable, but once I'm zipping through the water, I barely notice. The lenses keep my vision clear, with only a little distortion due to the water. Easily worth the price and an excellent low cost solution.

The wife uses these and she said they are great.

These goggles didn't work me.  As tight as I could put them, they still leaked.

Felt too tight, but still fell off when diving into the pool by my 12 year old and my 6 year old swimmers.  They are unlikely to suit anyone very well.
