I actually had to return mine because it didn't fit my particular iPod, but I had the best customer service experience I have EVER had in help returning it, as well as help trying to find one offered by ANOTHER company.  Can you believe it?  I did find a product (not ideal, but serviceable) myself eventually, but want to say that I highly, highly recommend the company for anything you ever want to purchase.

I haven't had a problem with this product at all.  I followed the instructions VERY carefully to make sure I didn't destroy my ipod and I would recommend doing the same.  My one comment is that it is a little bulky to swim with but overall I've loved using it.  I've also received a lot of questions about it...people can't believe I'm listening to music while I swim.

I used this case once and my IPOD is now dead.  I do not recommend this product.

I just  bought the H20 Audio ipod Nano and literally just attempted to use it.  It destoyed my nano. The headphones didn't work, the housing destroyed my nano. I do not recommend it and do not recomment swimoutlet as they sent me to the manufacturer instead of handling it themselves. I'm very disappointed.
