This suit worked very well for me....i dropped my 500 fr time from a 519 to a 511 at our sections meet...it may not be the best suit in the world or made out of the best material money can buy...but it fits great and if nothing else it gives you a mental boost of confidence and thats what makes the differnece in the water
I wore this suit at 13-14 state meet and my first race was the 200 free and i had just worn a speedo in all my races prior to this race. I went a 1:49 and droped 4 seconds in the 200. It felt amazing off my walls, I got well past the flags, going pretty fast withought kicking. The only dissapointing thing was, i wore it for prelims and finals, by Saturday the suit wasnt near as good. By Sunday it was useless. It was a good suit for the money.
I love this suit. I dropped tons of time from my original swims! I wore it for the finals in the 50 breast and dropped four seconds from my prelim swim! I also wore it for the finals of the 200 freestlye, and I dropped six seconds from my prelim time! Very impressed!
felt very water repellent and kind of buoyant even which surprised me, very good suit especially for the price, would recommend for competitions (i used it for boys state) just remember to get it tight!
I am a recreational/fitness swimmer. In my younger days, I was an ocean lifeguard for 10 years on Long Island. I own 3 of these tights in all three colors offered. Without breaking the bank, I feel the compression from these tights in all the right places. I wash it in the proper cleanser. My oldest pair is 2 years old and still holds its color and is not stretched out. My times are so much better in these than with my Jammers. Highly recommend this product as long as you "roll it on" correctly and not stretch it. I am 5'11" tall and weigh 178 lbs and wear the size 36. My waist is a 34, but my butt is large due to genetics and cycling.
