Even though these paddles are made to be used for breast stroke you can use them for all four strokes.  They are very easy to adjust, and you can still move your wrist and most of your hand (all accept for your fingers) when you have them on.  The square ones made the joints in my elbows hurt.  They never made me feel like they helped me go faster, but with this kind of paddle I don't have either one of these problems.  If you have been using different paddles, the Biofuse kind might take some time to get comfortable with, but the time it takes is worth it.

I use them everyday for about 20 laps of breaststroke.
The first time I used them it was kind of ackward. I didn't know what to do with my thumbs! Now I sometimes let my thumbs hang free and others I rest them on the paddles. I feel new muscles coming out!

Their fun to use!

My grandchildren and I use these everyday for some of our sets.  They help isolate certain muscles and also add variety into the swim routine.  I definitely recommend them.

I use these paddles as a part of my daily training routine. They work well and the locking feature is great! My stroke has improved and I love my paddles.
