Substituted bungee cords right away; these are competition level & made for it.  Regular straps usually fail in competition anyway.  My swimmer LOVES these; bought 5 when they were on mega- sale.  One already missing (sigh).   Amazing how much swimming IMPROVES when a child can SEE.  Told EVERYONE about these.  Why parents don't buy prescription goggles for glasses- wearing kids boggles the mind.

These prescription goggles are great!  My 7 year-old daughter can see her coach giving instructions and feedback from the side of the pool now.  She can even see the difference between me giving her a wave or a thumbs up while I'm watching her at practice.  The goggles come with several sizes of nose pieces so we could find the best fit.  The straps are a little tough to adjust but that just means that they won't slip out of place when she's taking them on and off!  Hopefully, my daughter's prescription won't change too much but if it does, we will definitely be ordering another pair of these with the new prescription as they are very inexpensive.

My son can finally see in the water.  What a difference these have made.  Easy to adjust for proper fit.  But they do fog up.  Overall very happy with product!

My son said that they are the best pair he has had yet.  They fit well and appear to old the water well.
