I swim 5 days a week, plus competitions. I purchased 2 of these caps a month ago. So far, they have been the best caps I have ever used. They are gentle on my long hair and are very easy to get on and off. Follow the directions on the package for care. Be aware the colors are a bit brighter in persom than on the web!

tore when putting it on for the second time. I guess that says a lot about this cap. I guess I should of paid a little more for something that will last longer or better quality. I would have put 0 star if this rating system lets me. DON'T BUY!
