I lap swim twice a week. These goggles have worked well and haven't fogged up. It does take a while to fit them to your face . It helped me to have a wet face and the strap should be tighter than you think. For the price even with shipping it is a good buy.

I'm not a competitive swimmer but the goggles seem fine for swimming.

I really like these goggles because not only can the nosepiece be tightened (or loosened), but so can the head strap. Also, they do a good job at not allowing water to get in, which helps me to see crystal clear while swimming laps. Plus the price cannot be beaten.
