I use this belt during my swim workouts. This is a good belt to go with your mp3 player. I personally use it with my ipod. The texture is soft and comfortable.

I think the belt is a litte too elastic during swimming. It has a snug fit but when you do flip turns and push off the wall it sometimes drags through the water.

I swim with this belt almost every day. This belt holds to my body
without slipping when performing the four swim strokes.
I wish this belt had a inner Velcro to hold the inside end to the outer
strap keeping the inner end from sliding out, this problem occurs after
the chlorine has weakened the belt. I had my first belt for 2.5 years,
I would recommend replacing the much belt sooner. I love my new
replacement belt.

The belt makes it easy to swim laps while you listen to the iPod. Unfortunately the velcro doesn't last as long as everything else about H2O Audio products.  The velcro starting coming off after about 2 dozen uses and I had to buy a new swimbelt.  Very disappointing.
