the good about them: they look nice and the bag is useful
the bad: too short so they are either to light on your arms or too heavy. now, im a bit afraid too pull them too hard after snapping once and leaving a scar on my forehead. it sounds funny but it wasnt then. they didnt give ways to attach it to whatever so i had to learn the hard (the scared) way.

I use the water cords every morning as part of my warm up before starting Masters swim practice. I do a variety of resistive shoulder exercises to help overcome a persistent shoulder tendonitis. I think it is working to maintain my shoulder strength.

Great value and necessary for dryland |

These do just what the higher priced one's do and they are great quality. I wrap them around the 4x4 on my deck, over door knobs, even around a small tree. A lot of top swimmers use bands, so that's why I got mine.
