This product is great. It allows you to really swim all you want in an above the ground pool. You don't feel the pool is to small to excercise, as you can keep swimming without moving from your place.

I love this piece of equipment! I have just learned to do the breath stroke and love using this in a pool near us. My trainer brought hers the first time and I immediately asked how to get one like it.

The leash is a good instrument to swim at home. it give a good workout and if you want more resistance double the leash and you are going to sweat in the water.
