better quality than speedo. nicer finished edgings. My ddaughter age 12 junior lifeguard age 12 fit the 30 perfectly. The girls bottoms are cut too high
I would order one or two sizes larger the next time, but can't beat the value on this suit, so I gave it to a friend

This suit needs a defined pouch. This suite was styled by either a eunich or a woman. I cut out the front liner and it helped considerably giving more stretch where needed.
I'm six foot three with a 32" waist and a tight butt, so obviously I'm on the slender side. So while many people say they run small, the 32 is just great for me. I also got a 34 and it fits fine too, though I happen to prefer a snug fit in the water, and the 32 is perfect- snug but still plenty of coverage. I really like how the elastic of the leg holes is not super tight. Tight enough to hold on, but they don't dig in and leave a mark on my skin. They dry super fast too. So I guess size up if you're big boned, but if you're on the slender side they're true to size.
For pool swimming and water exercise, the Euro Brief is my favorite suit: great fit for any stroke, and comfortable for any moves.
