Long time surfer, hiker, outdoor enthusiast. I pretty much use rash guards for everything, I especially find them great for UV protection. Fits great under my 4/3 and is great for adding layers when hiking in the winter. I also use kayaking and surfing in the summer. Fits great, fast dry.
