This belt is amazing. I used it for the first time on a 6 mi run. I also purchased a 6 oz water bottle add on. I didn''t even feel it. I forgot I was wearing it. Stayed in place, water bottle didn''t bounce around, didn''t ride up or fall down. So glad I got it!

I was able to put a knife, phone, and tissue in this pouch. Not enough room for my keys but it''s still a great belt. I did not even know it was on me. It also reflects in headlights. I did have to remove the case of my phone because it''s just wide enough to get it in there but overall it did the trick.
