I always wear a skirted suit because of baggy thighs. This skirt is attached at the hip - not like swim dress and as a result it is much more youthful, flirty than the usual skirted suit. The draping on the body is very flattering and slimming. For someone who is small busted it would be perfect (5 star). I am large busted and there is not enough support for me, so I sewed one of my bras into it and it now looks really flattering.
