I love the design and the thickness of this yoga mat. I always put 2 thinner mats together for a little extra padding. Some of the thicker mats are too soft and very difficult to balance on. This 5mm mat solves the problem.

I searched for a mat that was thick enough to cushion my hands and feet when in certain positions, yet thin enough to maintain my balance, even in the dancer''s pose. This mat has that perfect thickness. Beautifully crafted and designed. I tend to sprawl a bit, so my only suggestion would be to make it a few inches wider. Relaxing lavender color too!
