For me, I have had a kidney removed and lost muscle on the right side.  I would give this a 5 star if I did not need extra support on that side.  However, with swimming I may regain muscle tone and the suit will look much better then.  For now, I am enjoying the modesty this suit gives, especially on the top.  For busty women this is a 5 star!
