I use these shoes on my crew boat to help me fit into the foot stretchers.
The arch support is really great and the soles actually have mesh over small holes so that they drain very well and very fast if they get wet.  The tongue is foam, I assume to allow them to float.  I find them a bit narrow for my feet, particularly if I want to wear socks.  However, overall, I am very pleased with the quality and comfort.  They do their job well (and they''re stylish while doing it!).
