This is the second swim vest like this that I have purchased. I purchased a large two years ago for my eldest son (mild special needs child) and it is fantastic. He is really active and the swim vest still looks brand new. Purchased this new vest in a medium for my youngest son, and it is just as nice as his brother''s vest. This is the best swim vest that I have found.
