The waist seemed to be too big to fit around the waist, like it should fit on the hips or maybe it was just too big.  I thought about trying a size smaller but was worried the skirt would be too tight around the leg holes.  It has a very cute and flattering styling though.

The style is nice and the skirt has a cute cut however the skirt fits small.
