I use these fins almost daily, mostly for free an back kick, They are not as "fast" as the older model but still gives you a very good workout for your legs.

Love the quality of the fins. Thick material yet flexible. Sizing was extremely difficult to figure out. I wear a size 9 mens. I ordered an 8-9 and when they came in, they were a 7-9. Had I known that, I may have ordered a size up. I have since ordered the next size. Waiting for them to come in.

Need to wear a sock as fin fits a bit large and can dig into achilles but shorter fin helps with developing good leg technique.
