I bought this headband for spinning and the adjustable strap is really great, but I wish that it had a rubber strip on the inside of the main part of the headband because it starts to slide back on my head midworkout and I have to stop and adjust it which I was trying to avoid. It would be totally fine for everyday wear and probably yoga or less intense workouts, but it wasn''t what I hoped for.

I love going for a run and not having to push or tuck back my hair that seem to be shifting out of my ponytail. I have very long (lower back) and heavy hair and the Brooks running headband has been by far my best investment. It is adjustable so if you have a smaller or larger head it will accommodate. And it stays put! It is even nice enough you can wear it even when not going out for a run! I would recommend it.
