I''ll try to be as succinct as possible: I use pull buoys to warm up and to remind myself of proper upper-body freestyle technique.
That aside, while this ''elite'' buoy is indeed buoyant and streamlined, the chance of making it through, say, a full 200 at any pace without it launching from the legs/crotch/knees (or wherever it slowly migrates) is pretty much nil.
I have tried various permutations on placement, initially using the TYR logo as my guide, to no avail.
Even developed inner thigh strength won''t get you to a 500 without this buoy being relegated to the pool deck in favor of the tried and true hamper of on-hand, reliable floats.
Sooo close, but... nope.
