I used this as my swim cap for swim practice. It is really comfortable and doesn't hurt, but it tends to slide off of my head. It doesn't grip when I do flip turns, or just swim in general. It would be great for just swimming for fun, but not real lap swimming.

I was not happy w my order because the nike swish on the cap was supposed to be white on the navy blue cap and guess what??? It was navy blue also...Who wants a navy blue swim cap w a navy blue swish????you can't even see the swish...it blends right in!!

Very nice cap sticks to yur head perfectly, but if your head is L size or smaler it might be to big for you.

The pink color was not as bright as I had hoped when ordering. I have returned items in the past without any problems. This time I did an exchange and am anxiously awaiting my magenta cap:)
