Do water exercise daily. Very comfortable and light weight. Size is my normal size 6. Somewhat hard to put on and take off. Opening is just controlled by a small elastic piece and can get foot in, but have problems getting the heal part on. Will keep and enjoy but probably wouldn''t buy again.
