I do laps everyday and was hesitant to swim in a 2 piece since my bottom is smaller than my top...I ordered a medium ..usually wear a 36 one piece TYR ....and am getting a great tan here in Maui...can do flip turns and it stays in place...I now have 2 of them and would recommend it to everyone...
