Going back, pronto! This is just too scandalous, & I''m normally ok with a smaller cut suit. The side cuts are too deep, the front is cut too low & the straps feel like they''ll stretch after one wear. The pattern is cute though...

Cute suit but it is called "Thin-X Fit" for a reason - there is not much to the bottom. My daughter is tall and thin. First, we bought her regular size but she felt self-conscience in it so we exchanged it for 2 sizes bigger. She still felt there was not enough coverage and we returned that one too.

Over the past few years, I’ve much preferred TYR’s Thin X suits over the Nike Cut Out suits. They are made of higher quality materials, are fully lined, and are a bit cheaper. However, it seems that this year these suits have changed. The straps are no longer described as being made from “heavy gauge rubber” and they have a lot more stretch to them. It also seems like the chest is cut a bit lower too (the second set of stock photos above are more accurate). So that combined with the much stretchier straps causes it to slip down and ride low over my average-sized chest. The top does not stay in place at all for me and I’m always pulling it up for fear that I might pop out of it. I am only 5''4 and my torso is short, so I don''t know how this suit would work for anyone taller! This was not a problem for me with the older suits, so I’m totally bummed. In terms of sizing, it does run small. I personally stick to my normal size and tough it out for a few weeks until it stretches to a comfortable fit. If you’re taller or on the larger end of a size I would definitely size up.
