great for bikram yoga, doesnt move. portable. but cannot take too much sweat, nevertheless, i think its a great product. i bought 3 might buy more

No more hands & feet sliding on my mat during hot yoga! Works even better if I lightly spray it with water. Goes through the washer & dryer with flying colors. Not sure why anyone would spend 2 or 3 times the cost for a different yoga towel.

The grey is a beutiful color. Doesn''t slip but does need occasional smoothing during hot flow yoga class. Washes nicely and doesn''t pill.

I use this on my yoga mat for Bikram yoga. It is highly absorbent, easy to care for, and has good traction. A great towel at a great price!

I will openly acknowledge I am not the most graceful yogi. It is enough work for me to try and perform the poses given my inflexibility so I do not want to spend my time wondering if I will slip off because my towel does not suction properly to the mat. I have used this mat several times now and found it to be quite reliable. Maybe I will eventually be able to actually perform downward dog with my heels on the ground...
