I usually wear a 32 in the dolfin uglies one piece, but I ordered a medium. I saw other reviews where people said it ran small so I ordered a larger size. I wear a rash guard shirt over my top (I do aquatic physical therapy) and I find that the tie strings get annoying under my shirt. Other than that I love the feel of the dolfin uglies cut but the convience of a two piece. Can't wait for the two piece grab bags!
