This mat is a major improvement over the standard mat I have been using. I am 6''6" tall and I can now do boat and downward dog without hanging off the edges.
The mat is also quite sticky so I am not worrying about my feet slipping off the mat onto the floor. I actually have to work harder to step into runners pose because my feet stick to the mat.
The mat is relatively expensive, but I am glad I got it.
I would have preferred a color other than the olive green that was available.
