I use this for running. the arm band is ok, but the hole where the head phones plug into the iphone thru the armband is not easy to use. It does not connect and disconnect easily, and as a result has caused me to bend the wire closest to the plug part of the headphones, looks like could easily wear out if done repeatedly. It is cheaper, though than others I have seen around.

Phone has to be out of hard case to even come close to fitting.
Can"t make changes through the plastic cover so you better have every thing set before running.

I''ve worn it for 30-45 mins in light rain and wet snow so far without my phone getting wet. It takes a firmer touch to select icons through the cover- the center home button is easy enough but sometimes I haven''t been able to select things on the screen. Doesn''t slide around and isn''t bulky. Does get really hot even when weather is 50s so it might be more uncomfortable in warmer climates.

The arm band is not water-resistant, not good when it rains, or if you sweat. Your phone may not survive your run...
