I purchased this lap counter for my swim workouts. I swim 70 laps per day. Counting the laps made the workout long. And I would loose count if I began to let my mind wonder. It took a week to get use to it. I wear it on my right index finger and click it with my thumb just before the flip. I can see the dial underwater and read the laps. When I first started using it, I would count the laps to make sure it was accurate. I love this thing.I can daydream now, I can let my mind wonder on the days activities. Workouts seem to go by so much quicker. I swim 70 laps per day but have caught myself going to 80 because I was just enjoying the swim.I highly recommend this product.
This product does exactly want I need it to do, count laps. It's small, fits on my finger and just a push to count the lap.
I swim for an hour or more several times a week. It was so easy to lose track of the lap count, especially if I stopped to talk. I wear the ring on my first finger and just hit the button with my thumb. The numbers are large enough for me to read without my glasses. That was my biggest concern. I'm very satisfied with this purchase
The device is unobtrusive, simple to use and very helpful. It takes a little time to get the right "touch" so you don' t miss laps. It is the right tool for the job in T-30's or longer sets.
Great lap timer.
It works as a lap counter but the lack of some type of visual or tactile acknowledgement of input has driven me back to my Finis lap counter. That device has its' own problems including a comlplex interface and a fading display but at least it has lights to acknowledge input. The problem with this device is that if you're using your thumb to touch it you may or may not be hitting the button and providing the necessary pressure to it. The only plus is that everyone wants to know that that small watich on your finger does.
