While this device might be viewed as a swim training aid, I have found it to be helpful in counting laps, timing laps, and timing a walking session.  With this device I can tell when I am slowing down in my workout.   The device takes a little doing to reset it but the operation of the device with one button management is pretty easy.

Does everything it says it will.  Great product.

Bought this for my wife who loves using it. Very comfortable to wear. I plan on buying one for myself. The ability to remember how many laps and keep time without being invasive to your workout is key.

Have tried other means of counting laps while swimming, but this unit works great.  One needs to understand the stop watch function of it will continue to time throughout your workout.  So, any pauses, or breaks will mean adding time to the current or next lap.  Unless you take the time to re-set the unit and write down the info for segments of a workout.  Also, be sure you push the button in the appropriate manner for what you want to do.  If you inadvertantly press the button briefly after your last lap, when you want to review the overall workout, you will add a phantom lap. This could have lots of other uses, like counting switchbacks while hiking, etc.

I love that I don't have to count anymore and I can just enjoy my swimming.

I found this product to be really great.,  I use it all the time.. however I also have a hard time trying to read the numbers.Maybe if the numbers were a little bigger or the light a bit brighter that would be fantastic. I use this counter everyday swimming,but have trouble  reading my lap times.. Overall I find it very useful.. Debbie Boland.
