When you go for a long run it doesn''t breath, so your phone gets wet. It can''t be good for the phone. Otherwise it gets the job done.

I use this for my gym workouts. I have an iphone 4s and it fits in there just fine. Am able to control it though the plastic. Unfortunetly, it doesn''t really let sweat out easily and its also a little cumbersome to take off and put on. About average. Will use it a while and then might try a different one.
