My husband has used this product over the years to extend life to the soles of his athletic shoes which sometimes start to separate from the shoe uppers.  Shoe Goo seems to be an effective way to repair his shoes.  It would be nice if a larger-sized tube were also available.  I read elsewhere on the internet that shelf life for this product is six months.  He tried using older Shoe Goo from another source and it did seem to adhere less well   than what we just ordered from RunOutlet.com.  After using the first tube and part of second tube in this RunOulet.com order, I convinced him to buy  a new pair of Shape-ups which are still available online but in limited styles/quantities.  Shoe GOO is a very good interim solution if you can not buy a new pair of athletic shoes right away.  This was our first purchase from RunOutlet.com and our order was processed quickly.
