I''m a 2-mile walker every morning, fast walking, not running. But, the Yurbuds are fantastic. They have never fallen out, they are comfortable, the controls work great with my iPod Nano on my waistband and the sound is pretty good. Worth the money for sure. The only (very small) complaint I''d make is that the control unit sometimes causes the wires to pull on the earpieces, but that is a much easier thing to deal with than constantly having to replace/reposition earbuds every 20 seconds with other earbuds. If you position the control unit just outside your t-shirt or running shirt it''s not a problem.
