this suit was meant for swim workouts. it's very cute but very small. i wear a 36 in most suits, a 10 in most jeans, a medium -large for tops. i bought a size 10 and the bottoms fit okay but like a size 8 and the top? it fit my 8 year old. (sort of) if you are a full c cup or more, don't buy this suit. it has zero breast support

I use this suit to train in.
It's great because it's not as constricting as a full suit for me. I also like to use this type of suit for surfing.
Sadly it's just too big a size 8 and I've had to have it altered.
