I tried on a LOT of swim skirts but chose this one both because of the length & the elasticity at the waist. I wanted something that fit smoothly at the waist & hips without pinching in at the waistband & causing a bulge & this one fits beautifully. It also hits at just the right place at the top of the hipbone instead of being too low or high waisted.
