I bought this cap for running, but found that it is even better for cold weather work activities.  I build up a sweat working firewood and it wicks the sweat away from my head while not getting too hot to be comfortable.  My hat size it 7&1/8, and it fits me very comfortable, but might be too tight for someone with large head size.
