	Halter or not?

I returned this suit. I''m 5''3" 115 lbs-short waisted and A cup. I ordered size 8. The size was fine but In this is not a true halter neck. The neck strap doesn''t sit close to the neck. So if you are long waisted and have a full bust, it''s a very attractive suit. Nice fabric too.
