I''m tall, thin and full busted.  This suit felt constricting in the chest, so I cut out the lightweight bra part (it was the chest band that was tight).  Have used it for a couple of weeks in my lap swim and it feels and looks great.  If you do quick turns, leave the string tie in the bottoms.  I took mine out and its fine, but if I push off hard, I can feel the bottoms grab water.  
All in all, a super suit, and I''ll order it again.  Would probably get the same size, cut out the bra, and leave in the string.
