Windsurfing in western PA, in a snowstorm with ice forming on sail and gloves. Tried sailing gloves (no good for icy weather), 3 mm neoprene gloves for surfing (can't grip boom). These are surprisingly lightweight but worked much better than any of the above. Build quality and price are exceptional! Went ahead and ordered IST scuba boots after my experience with these gloves.
