I use these in the pool and at the beach.  They are very comfortable and do not feel heavy  on your feet.  So far, I love them.  I would suggest that you rinse them with tap water after using to insure a longer lifetime.

Use the shoes for water aerobics. Fit is great and sole grips the pool bottom. Have bought Speedo for several years, product is very durable, holds it shape and wears well. Very pleased.

I use the pro water shoes for an aqua power class . The bottom liner keeps moving . So I took them out and put the liner from my old speedo water shoes in and the seam to work fine.

they feel a little heavy

These shoes are much much better than the cheaper water shoes on this site.  Unlike those, these have good tread on the bottom so I don''t slip while I water walk at a good pace.  Good cushion, too.

I bought these water shoes to do some water aerobic exercises in a gym pool. They are just what I was looking for. The bottom of the pool is a bit rough in spots, and wearing these makes it much more comfortable. Plus they give me good traction to move around easier.

As for sizing, stick with the size chart. I wear an 8 outdoor shoe. I measured my foot with a measuring tape and it measures 9+", so I bought the size 7 water shoes and they fit perfect.

Great water shoe, and perfect for water exercising.
