I am a fan of Mizuno shoes. I was a little disappointed in these though. They are not at all what I expected. Even though they say running shoes, I definately won''t be running in them. I will use my others that are more supportive. They are light weight and comfortable to walk around in though. Thats what I am currently using them for. (not running like I expected) I am a fan of Mizuno tho and will continue to buy their shoes :) These are just not what I expected.

Mizuno is a great brand, but these shoes are classified as "stability", and they offer no support. Don''t recommend for anyone who needs support.
