I have really enjoyed this book, I only needed to read certian chapter because you read what applies ie...unfit beginner, fit beginner, or a team schedule fit and unfit beginner in specific events. I really need the workout schedule and the brick work outs, swimming is my best event so I was way beyond what they wrote, but the running and cycling I was a beginner and I am really pleased with how they laid it out. I also needed to read about the weights and strength training program that was good, for a beginner this is a good investment!
