I found this belt to be reasonably priced compared to many other brands at Sporting Goods Department stores. These belts can be very expensive and carry only 1 bottle.  It has four 7 oz bottles, which can be frozen in your freezer before use, and a small pocket.   When I first put the belt on, the bottles popped off when walking; however, just adjust the belt so the bottles are not directly over your hips and the problem is solved.  I put only 4 stars on the belt as the pocket is very small, but would hold your car keys.   A GREAT BUY FOR THE PRICE!
