My Mother is 90 years old and uses this with her 45 minute water exercise program. It is light weight to carry in her bag, and has hand holds where they are most helpful for her. The price was reasonable for her. Since we were specifically looking for this shape, style and hand holds, it is what she wanted and is glad to have it.

This kickboard has 3 handles so we can change our grip, making a more effective work out. The compact size moves smoothly through the water. The smooth material is comfortable on our hands even when our palms get pruney! And the price was perfect!
