The best thing about this top is the shoulder straps which can be adjusted like your bra, don't twist or get messy looking thanks to a quality design....it's just a great quality. I bought a size 6 (I'm short and 118 lbs)...my back is not very wide and I find the back strap to be just right......

I ordered the small but decided to return it for the Medium because even though according to the posted size guidelines it should have fit, it was a little too small. So order one size larger if you are on the higher end of the sizing chart.
